Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
We provide same-day or next-day luggage collection from participating airport parking partners and deliver to the nominated home or business address provided at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made online via our official website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Pricing is fixed per luggage but may be subject to change without notice.
3. Delivery Attempts
Our drivers will make one delivery attempt based on your selected date and time window. No rescheduling is possible within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
4. Safe Drop-Off Location
Customers must provide a clearly defined, accessible, and secure location for drop-off that is hidden from public view. Drivers are not permitted to enter homes or buildings. Deliveries will be made to external locations only.
5. Obstruction-free Delivery
The delivery site must be clear of hazards, including dogs or other pets that may interfere with the driver’s access or safety. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
6. Proof of Delivery
Our drivers will capture photographic evidence of each completed delivery for record-keeping and verification.
7. Failed Delivery and Re-Attempt Fees
If delivery cannot be completed due to obstruction, unsafe location, or lack of access, a $30 re-attempt fee will apply. You will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup/delivery are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
9. Liability and Damage Policy
While we take all reasonable care, we accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or deterioration of your luggage or its contents during transit. We recommend that you do not store valuables or fragile items in your luggage during transport. Customers accept this risk by proceeding with the booking.
10. Unattended Luggage at Pickup
Luggage must be personally tagged, closed securely, and left at the agreed location for collection. Our Partners will additionally tag your luggage with identifying tags for pickup and delivery.
11. Customer Declarations
By using our service, you confirm that:

You are the rightful owner of the luggage or have authorization to arrange transport.

The luggage does not contain prohibited or dangerous goods, including but not limited to flammable, illegal, or perishable items.
12. Privacy and Data
We collect basic contact and booking information to fulfill your order. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
